How Applications Are Reviewed

Applications undergo an institutional review process involving the National Schools, the Faculty Mobility Representative, the Evaluation Committee, the Associate Deans, and the corresponding Vice Presidencies.

  • Faculty Representative
  • Evaluation Committee
  • Associate Dean of Faculty
  • Vice Presidency

The Vice Presidency of Internationalization and the Vice Presidency of Faculty each appoint a representative who, working jointly, coordinate the initiative across the institution, oversee the implementation of the process, and verify compliance with the eligibility requirements for approved faculty members and projects.

The National Schools conduct the initial review of applications and determine whether they should be forwarded to the National Committee. Schools may also establish additional selection criteria beyond those described in this guide, provided these are communicated to faculty members in a timely manner.

The funding decisions issued by the Evaluation Committee must be ratified by the Associate Dean of Faculty of the corresponding School and subsequently submitted to the Vice Presidency representatives for final validation of the requirements and official institutional registration of each approved project.
